Individual Product Development

Are you interested in a personalized reusable packaging or do you have a specific idea for the development of a reusable package and want to implement it as soon as possible? We provide comprehensive advice and guide you from idea to mass production.

The development of your product:

1. Requirement

In the first step of product development, we discuss the article data of the reusable packaging you desire. This includes information on material and diameter, application, shape, color and customization, details about the intended use, and more.

2. Quotation

We review all requests for the product development of your individual packaging in terms of implementation and tooling. After evaluation, you will receive an offer from us and can release the order for production of the custom-made reusable packaging such as reusable cups.

3. Action

An initial sample is typically produced about 10 to 12 weeks after tooling. This process takes about 2 weeks. If everything is approved, the item is released. In case of further adjustments, the approval of your reusable packaging is delayed accordingly.

4. Goal

When your product enters mass production, the goal is achieved. Depending on the order volume, this final step takes about 3 to 4 weeks. Then you can use your product development of individual reusable packaging for the intended purposes.

We have years of expertise in the production of reusable packaging for the food sector and, in addition to our range, offer comprehensive consultation on individual product development. Our range includes reusable bowls and cups, reusable plates and plates, various designs of menu and burger boxes with matching lids, as well as reusable cutlery. Our collaboration with national and international partners, as well as research and development institutions, enables us to develop tailor-made reusable packaging from idea to mass production. The challenges posed by sustainable reusable packaging for catering, canteens, cities and municipalities, events, and trade fairs are evolving, so we continuously optimize our range of reusable products.

The use of environmentally friendly materials in the production of reusable packaging is essential for us. In the production of our high-quality and sustainable take-away and tableware products for food, we therefore rely on recycled or biobased plastics. These include biobased plastics such as polylactides (PLA), crystallized PLA (CPLA), biobased polyethylenes (PE), and polypropylenes (PP), as well as natural fiber composites (NFC). We are experienced partners in the application of recycled polymers such as r-PET in the field of product development of reusable packaging for gastronomy and the food service sector. The professional handling of these materials is important as the developed reusable packaging comes into direct contact with food and must also meet ecological requirements and the demands of everyday gastronomy.
